Objective: To provide vocational training to women from economically weaker sections of society using ‘earn while you learn’ concept to equip them with requisite skills that enable them to sustain of their families.
Outcomes
Each participant to be trained in at least two vocations in a period of one year.
Participants to be taught simple accounts to work out the initial investment, cost of their products and to arrive at a fair sale price.
Each participant must earn at least Rs 500.00 per month during the training period.
Familiarize the participants with basic marketing techniques.
